About Us
North Park Rental Service, Inc. was founded in 1972 in Loves Park, IL. Through many hours of dedicated service, Robert and Lois Sallinger quickly outgrew the old 1.600-square foot facility and moved north in 1974 to their current location.
That same year, they started their Toro dealership and continue to sell and service Toros to this day. In 1985, North Park Rental purchased Packard Chair Rental in Rockford, doubling its stock and customer base. In 1988, they added stage and production equipment, traveling all across the country.
Over the years, with the help of their sons Scott, Todd and a team of dedicated employees, they have turned what was once just a dream into the Midwest's most diversified rental store.
