A home inspector felt the roof was cracked and needed repair or replacement. Mr. Knorr and Myers, who was referred to me as a flat roof expert, said the roof was exhibiting normal signs of wear and there was no danger of leakage.
He said he could put a sealing coat on the roof if I desired but that it wasn't really necessary. He also unclogged a drain spout, allowing excess water to drain off the roof. He didn't charge me anything for doing any of this.
