Tom Sandquist is a graduate of Rockford University and the University of Illinois College of Law, and practiced at the Rockford law firm, WilliamsMcCarthy LLP, for 33 years. In January of 2022, he was hired as the Executive Director of the RCIF, the area’s first Community Development Financial Institution.
