You're invited to register today for The Parks Chamber 4th Annual Golf Outing. This event sells out fast, so please register as soon as possible for sponsorships, foursomes, and activity golf holes. At the outing, business and community leaders will enjoy 18 holes of golf, breakfast, cocktails, and a late lunch at Forest Hills Country Club. Golfers can win trophies and prizes, and golf hole sponsors will provide additional contests, food tastings, and beverages throughout the course. Raffle prizes worth thousands of dollars will be awarded at the lunch, this year’s theme will be hockey, and announcements are coming soon about celebrity guests and other surprises!

| GOLF FOURSOME
Golf Foursomes includes 18 holes of golf, carts, breakfast, lunch, and complimentary drink tickets for four people. Trophies and prizes will be awarded for Men's and Women's golf contests to include First Place Foursome, Closest to the Pin, Longest Drive, and Longest Putt. Activity Golf Hole Sponsors will offer additional contests and complimentary food and beverages throughout the course. Raffle Prizes will be awarded at the lunch immediately following the Golf Outing. $540 Parks Chamber Members / $640 Non-Members (not a member, join today and save!)

| ACTIVITY GOLF HOLE SPONSOR
As an Activity Golf Hole Sponsor ($300 Parks Chamber Members / $400 Non-Members), you will receive a 6' table and two chairs on the tee of a designated golf hole so you can host a display with giveaways, games, and contests. Your logo will also appear on both sides of a 24x18 full color sign that's strategically placed at your golf hole, and you'll be listed in the Program Book. We'll also provide ideas for themes, food and drink giveaways, games, and more to ensure you make a wonderful and memorable impression with participants. Two tickets to the Lunch are included.

| RAFFLE PRIZE DONOR
EVERYONE is invited to donate a Raffle Prize valued at $50 or more for The Big Raffle. Donors are recognized in the Program Book with their prize, on a sign next to the prize, and from the podium when the prize is awarded to the winner. Attendees with Raffle Tickets will place tickets in jars next to the prize of their choice throughout the day, and winning Raffle Tickets are drawn and announced at the Lunch immediately following the outing.
