To kickoff this special event, a Shopko Optical optician will conduct an eye exam screening for Village of Machesney Park Mayor Steve Johnson to demonstrate and explain to the media and attendees the retina camera and process.

Participants at the Open House - to include the list below - will also have an opportunity to try on and be fitted for glasses to include name-brand frame choices like Coach, Ray Ban, Oakley, Lucky, and Kate Spade:
