Long Play Music Fest

The Parks Chamber encourages local businesses to participate in Long Play Music Fest, which will be held at Rivets Stadium (4503 Interstate Blvd in Loves Park, Illinois) from Thursday, July 1 through Sunday, July 4.

 

Details about sponsor and vendor opportunities are provided below.

2021 SPONSOR PACKAGES

STAGE SPONSOR

 

As a Stage Sponsor for $15,000, you will receive:

• Backstage Passes for four (4) people for three (3) nights (July 2 - 4) to watch headliner bands on the side of the stage, which is restricted to Stage Sponsors only!

• Recognition from the stage as “Stage Sponsor” on three (3) nights (July 2 - 4) when the emcee welcomes the headlining band to the stage

• Prominent Logo Inclusion as “Stage Sponsor” on shared Stage Signage that’s 24 feet tall x 11.5 feet wide (deadline 6/15)
• Sponsor Lanyards for a total of fifteen (15) people (includes guests with Backstage Passes) for three (3) nights (July 2 - 4); Sponsor Lanyards will include:
  • Advance delivery of all passes/tickets to your office
  • Designated, Exclusive Sponsor Parking
  • VIP Entrance/Admission
  • Access to the Exclusive Sponsor Lounge with a private bar and bathroom
  • Four (4) drink tickets per person per day redeemable for beer, wine, and water in the Sponsor Lounge

FIREWORKS SPONSOR

 

As a Fireworks Sponsor for $7,500, you will receive:

• Recognition by the emcee from the stage as “Fireworks Sponsor” on three (3) nights (July 2 - 4)

• Logo Inclusion as “Fireworks Sponsor” on two (2) 9’ x 3’ Banners placed in a high visible area in the event
• Sponsor Lanyards for a total of eight (8) people for three (3) nights (July 2 - 4), which include:
  • Advance delivery of all passes/tickets to your office
  • Designated, Exclusive Sponsor Parking
  • VIP Entrance/Admission
  • Access to the Exclusive Sponsor Lounge with a private bar and bathroom
  • Four (4) drink tickets per person per day redeemable for beer, wine, and water in the Sponsor Lounge
  • Access to the VIP Concert Area on the field with additional bars and bathrooms

As a Supporting Sponsor for $4,000, you will receive:

• Two (2) 9’ x 3’ Banners placed in a high visible area in the event
• Sponsor Lanyards for a total of four (4) people for three (3) nights (July 2 - 4), which include:
  • Advance delivery of all passes/tickets to your office
  • Designated, Exclusive Sponsor Parking
  • VIP Entrance/Admission
  • Access to the Exclusive Sponsor Lounge with a private bar and bathroom
  • Four (4) drink tickets per person per day redeemable for beer, wine, and water in the Sponsor Lounge

2021 VENDOR OPPORTUNITIES

FOOD VENDOR

 

Local restaurants, grocery stores, and institutional food providers that sell food and non-alcoholic beverages are encouraged to apply to be a food vendor at Long Play Music Fest. Food Vendor hours are Friday, Saturday, and Sunday (July 2 - 4) from Noon to 11:00 PM.

 

The City of Loves Park has generously agreed to pay the "Vendor Reservation Fee" of $500 for any restaurant located in Winnebago County to help ensure our local businesses are featured at the event!

 

20% of sales after each night of the event will be due to StarEvents, which means you keep 80%!

 

As a Food Vendor, you will receive a banner, sign poles, standard electricity, and access to a hand washing sink. Tables, chairs, lighting, and more are available for rent, as well.

NON-FOOD VENDOR

 

Local Artisans, Merchants, and Nonprofits are encouraged to apply to be a vendor at the fest. Vendor hours are Friday, Saturday, and Sunday (July 2 - 4) from Noon to 11:00 PM.

• Artisan - An artisan vendor is a skilled manual worker who handcrafts their items. Products are sold by the artist.
• Merchant - A merchant is an entity who trades in commodities that they did not produce themselves.
• Nonprofit - Charitable organizations that are building awareness for their cause. Proof of 501c3 required with application.
  

Participating vendors will be located inside the festival, and the Vendor Reservation Fee is $595 for a 10x10 booth space. 

Long Play Music Fest will feature two stages and over twenty bands, fireworks, a carnival, and local food vendors and artisans. The inaugural event will be held at Rivets Stadium in Loves Park, Illinois, on the following dates:

• Thursday, July 1: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Friday, July 2: Noon - 11:00 PM
• Saturday, July 3: Noon - 11:00 PM
• Sunday, July 4: Noon - 11:00 PM

Headliners and bands include:

• Thursday, July 1:  Infinity
• Friday, July 2:  Gin Blossoms with other bands including Hairbangers Ball and Blooze Brothers
• Saturday, July 3:  Jeff Tweedy with other bands including Too Hype Crew, Catfight, and Dingo
• Sunday, July 4:  Cheap Trick with opening band 7th Heaven and other bands including Off Broadway, Shuffle This, and Neptune's Core

Fireworks shows will be held for Long Play Music Fest attendees at Rivets Stadium all four nights:

• Thursday, July 1 at 9:00 PM
• Friday, July 2 at 9:00 PM
• Saturday, July 3 at 9:00 PM
• Sunday, July 4 at 10:00 PM

General admission tickets start at $19.99, and VIP Tickets start at $100. The carnival will be held outside the stadium, and unlimited carnival ride passes are available for $30 per day or $50 for the entire weekend.
