WHAT

The media is invited to attend and help promote a Press Conference and Open House in celebration of The Hemp Center of Northern Illinois’ two-year anniversary.

WHEN & WHERE

The event will be held at The Hemp Center of Northern Illinois, which is located at 6739 Broadcast Parkway in Loves Park, on Tuesday, April 20 at Noon.

WHO

During the news conference at Noon on 4/20, The Hemp Center of Northern Illinois Owner Laura Renner will share details about their two-year anniversary milestone in addition to making a new expansion announcement.

Speakers at the event will include:

Additional participants at the ceremony will include senior staff from the City of Loves Park and Village of Machesney Park and board members from The Parks Chamber.

“The Hemp Center is excited to celebrate our two-year anniversary in the City of Loves Park, and we’re proud to say that we survived shutdowns related to the COVID-19 pandemic,” said The Hemp Center of Northern Illinois Owner Laura Renner. “At this media conference, we’ll introduce a new educational approach to cannabis in the community, a new concept for healthy food that works in synergy with medical cannabis and hemp, and a new line of skin care and beauty products.”

The event will be held indoors; facemasks and social distancing will be encouraged.
