Ribbon-Cutting Ceremony

WHAT
The media is invited to attend a ribbon-cutting ceremony for Cream City Stateline Scale Co’s new location in Loves Park, Illinois.

 

WHEN
The ribbon-cutting ceremony will be held at 11:00 AM on Friday, June 7, 2019. An Open House will be held immediately following, from Noon until 5:00 PM.

 

WHERE
Cream City Stateline Scale Co, 4300 N. Bell School Road, Loves Park, IL

 

WHO
The ribbon-cutting ceremony will be hosted by The Parks Chamber of Commerce and the Rockford Chamber of Commerce.

 

Speakers during the ceremony will include:

• City of Loves Park Mayor Greg Jury
• Village of Machesney Park Mayor Steve Johnson
• The Parks Chamber of Commerce Board President Craig Carlson
• Rockford Chamber of Commerce President Einar Forsman

ABOUT CREAM CITY SCALE
Jay and Lorri Garnhart purchased a bankrupt scale company in 1998 and turned it into a $4.5 Million business that has 23 full-time employees and locations in Lake Mills, Wisconsin and Loves Park, Illinois. The company recently relocated from 4096 Interstate Blvd in Loves Park to its new Loves Park location at 4300 N. Bell School Road, to step aside and let big businesses in.

The new Loves Park facility is 12,000 square feet, which houses combo tractor/trailers and large box trucks that carry max weight for heavy duty and industrial divisions.

 

Cream City Scale is an ISO/IEC 17025/2017 accredited company that follows Handbook 44 guidelines. Cream City Scale sells, services, and rents high caliber weighing equipment that, in most cases, is legal for trade for industrial and agricultural equipment in Wisconsin and Illinois.
