Ribbon-Cutting Ceremony

on 9-3-2020

The media is invited to attend and help promote a Ribbon-Cutting Ceremony for Keep Northern Illinois Beautiful’s NEW Machesney Park Recycling Center on Thursday, September 3 at 9:00 AM at 8409 N. 2nd Street in Machesney Park, Illinois.

 

Speakers at the event will include:

• Keep Northern Illinois Beautiful Executive Director Pam Osborne
• Village of Machesney Park Mayor Steve Johnson
• City of Loves Park Mayor Greg Jury and
• The Parks Chamber of Commerce Board Members Julie Altenbernd and Traci Eppes.

 

Additional participants at the ceremony will include Miss Teen Illinois, the 2020 Young at Heart Queen and/or Princesses, senior staff from the Village of Machesney Park and City of Loves Park, and board members from The Parks Chamber.
