Burger King Ribbon-Cutting
Ceremony 11-27-2020
The media is invited to attend and help promote a Ribbon-Cutting Ceremony for Burger King’s new location in Loves Park, Illinois (4010 Stadium Drive, which is next to Costco off Riverside near I-90) on Friday, November 27, 2020 at 11:00 AM.
Speakers at the event will include:
- Burger King Director of Operations Dan Lupont
- Illinois State Senator Dave Syverson
- City of Loves Park Director of Community Development Steve Thompson
- The Parks Chamber of Commerce Chairman of the Board Craig Carlson and
- The Parks Chamber of Commerce Executive Director Tonya Lamia.
Additional participants at the ceremony will include Miss Teen Illinois, the 2020 Young at Heart Queen and/or Princesses, senior staff and elected officials from the City of Loves Park, and board members from The Parks Chamber.

“Burger King on Stadium Drive in Loves Park has a Double Drive Thru and great food served fast in a friendly and kind way, and we can’t wait to be a part of the Loves Park Riverside corridor,” said Burger King Director of Operations Dan Lupont. “Our company is called CAVE Enterprises, which consists of 164 Burger Kings located in Illinois, Wisconsin, South Dakota, Minnesota, and Indiana. This Restaurant will make our Region’s 37th location. COVID hours of Operation are Monday thru Saturday 6 AM to 11 PM and Sunday 7 AM to 11 PM; we will be open in Drive Thru only at this time to protect our staff and customers.”
