Rockford Park District’s scenic Lockwood Park invites everyone to get outdoors and enjoy “Fall on the Farm,” scheduled for Saturdays, October 9, 16, 23, and 30, 2021, from 10 am to-4 pm each day, rain or shine, at 5201 Safford Rd, Rockford, IL.
Visitors can hand-pick pumpkins, visit the petting zoo, ride a pony or take a horseback trail ride, paint a pumpkin, enjoy games, a corn maze, concessions, and many other activities. Advance reservations for trail rides are strongly recommended; reserve at www.lockwoodpark.com or call 815-987-8809. Kids will love interacting with the horses and animals on the working farm. The events have paid activities as well as free activities; admission to enter the park is free.
